Manny and Anjali Asked me to design and build a basement suite with a separate entrance. It included an open concept kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and storage area. The building code requires the connecting door to upstairs to be sealed so we sealed it until the project was inspected. The Egress Entrance includes a drain in the floor and security light.
