Smith is the best Story-Teller I have ever read. I was never
very interested in Africa until I read his books. He
chronicles the lives of characters to bring out the History of
the Dark Continent. When I'm stuck on a train to Ubon
Ratchathani for 15 hours, he's the author I read.
